It goes without saying that food is a vital resource, but supplies are limited in ever-growing refugee camps. In some places, prices have risen so extremely that families can no longer afford the very basic food necessities: in Syria, some basic food items like bread are 15 times the price they were just 3 years ago.

Help a family in need by providing a food package and give them food stability and security for an entire month. The parcel contains basic store cupboard essentials such as rice, bulgur wheat, oil, tinned vegetables, sugar and tea to keep them fed for several meals.

Provide some healthy variety to a refugee family’s diet by buying supplementary items such as fresh fruit and vegetables or meat too.
